Returning

You have a cooling off period of 2 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 15 days.

Please be advised that we follow the legal conditions regarding our return policy. However, products can only be returned if these products are complete, in original condition as delivered and not damaged. Complete in this context means that the returned product must include all loose accessories in the original packaging. If the return package is incomplete and/or damaged, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

Returning Smartphones, Tablets, AirPods & other earbuds/headphones:
Please note: Due to hygienic and/or health reasons, we cannot take any risk. As these products are sent sealed, we will no longer accept these products if the seal is broken and therefore these products will be excluded from the right of withdrawal, due to the above reasons.


The entrepreneurwill use the same means of payment used by the customer for refunds, unless the customer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the customer.
